| In this course, we will focus on the practice of the patent application in electrical engineering technology. Students will learn how to do patent search and analysis, write specification/drawings/claims, and reply office action responses. In addition, the practical aspects of international patent application are presented. The patent filing and maintenance strategies will be also discussed in this class. |
