配合高科技的應用,電力系統亦朝高科技發展,以便對用戶提供高品質、高可靠性、高效率及高安全性的電力,其中所面臨的問題很多必須加以解決,此有賴於良好的電力網路規劃,及對問題的分析探討。為此,本課程針對現今及未來電力系統的發展,探討其網路之規劃及分析,主要內容包括: 1.先進電力網路之發展趨勢分析(包括發電、輸電、變電、配電等各級網路之發展趨勢分析) 2.先進電力網路規劃之範圍及要項(包括系統架構、線路及設備之型式、數量、容量、位置及配置方式等) 3. 負載特性之變化分析及負載成長預測(包括一般負載及科技產業負載) 4.先進電力網路規劃所需考慮之因數及相關條件分析(包括負載需求、能源供應、環保要求、經濟因素、區域特性、社會因素、建設成本、運轉維護、未來成長、、、) 5.先進電力網路之最佳規劃模式建立(包括目標(成本)函數及限制條件之探討及模式之建立) 6.先進電力網路最佳規劃之解空間及求解方法探討(包括單目標最佳規劃及多目標最佳規劃) 7.台灣電力網路規劃之特點 8.實際案例之演練及解說

Electric power system is developing with high technology for supplying customers power with high quality, reliability, efficiency and security. Many problems associated with this development should be solved, which are very relied on the well planning and analysis for the power network. For this, the course is aimed to the network planning and analysis for the today\'s and future\'s power system developments. The main contents of this course are: 1.The development tendency of advanced electric power network, 2.Scope and important items associated with electric power network planning, 3.
